The moment you doubt whether you can fly, you cease for ever to be able to do it.

I had the chance to travel at a young age thanks to my parents. I can’t remember it all but I do recall the times camping in our big blue tent, visiting Roman’s sites in the south of France, hiking in the mountains of Austria and crossing a field of Haflingers, and so many other things.
Travelling is a chance that not everyone have and I am well aware of it. But nothing is ever written in stone and nobody should ever stop chasing their dreams. Have a goal and make it happen. You want to travel to another country, do what you can to save some money, buy some camping material and hitchhike to your destination. Travelling does not have to be expensive. There are a lot of possibilities now that make it easier to find cheap or free places to stay, cheap flights within Europe or even earn some money while travelling, with movements like WWOOF.
Travelling doesn’t even have to be far. Never been to that regional park two hours drive from you home, spend a weekend there. Didn’t visit the region next to yours, maybe there are some amazing things to see! I visited quite a lot of French regions and each one is as interesting as the other, with its own history, its architecture and its gastronomie… Local may not seems very exotic for you but it is for someone else, it is only a question of standpoint. So give it a try!
Ask friends, find Facebook pages, visit other travel blogs, offer your help for a place to stay, visit a distant relative you never or rarely met, the possibilities are endless. Now the only thing needed is time. But that is another problem to manage…
I suppose it’s like the ticking crocodile, isn’t it? Time is chasing after all of us.
